Report card notes 42 new COVID-19 circumstances


Thursday's Amarillo Public Health Department COVID-19 Report Card indicated there were 42 total new cases and an Amarillo Area Hospitalization Rate of 5.75 percent

Thursday’s Amarillo Public Well being Division COVID-19 report card indicated there have been 42 complete new circumstances reported in Potter and Randall counties.

Per the report card, there are have been 33,014 complete optimistic COVID-19 circumstances in Randall and Potter counties, with 31,578 recoveries and 676 deaths. Moreover, there are 760 lively circumstances — 409 of that are from Randall County and 351 in Potter County.

The report reveals there have been 234,313 COVID-19 assessments performed and 4 of these are pending. Based on the report card, the Amarillo space hospitalization charge is 5.75%.

Amarillo stays at Stage Orange, per the report card, encouraging the observe of social distancing; use of masks whereas in public settings; training enhanced hygiene and cleansing routines; limiting social gatherings to small teams; limiting non-essential journey neighborhood extensive; and limiting private journey outdoors of the neighborhood.
