Oregon Well being Authority experiences 867 new COVID-19 instances, 10 further deaths | Information


PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) – The Oregon Well being Authority reported 867 new COVID-19 instances Thursday, together with 10 further deaths linked to the virus statewide.

  • An 87-year-old man in Washington County who examined constructive on Dec. 14 and died on Dec. 20 at Windfall St. Vincent Medical Heart. He had underlying circumstances.
  • An 88-year-old man in Washington County who examined constructive on Dec. 21 and died on Jan. 1 at Windfall St. Vincent Medical Heart. He had underlying circumstances.
  • A 72-year-old lady in Yamhill County who examined constructive on Dec. four and died on Dec. 24 at her residence. She had underlying circumstances.
  • A 73-year-old man in Linn County who examined constructive on Dec. 31 and died on Dec. 31; location of demise is being confirmed. He had underlying circumstances.
  • An 88-year-old man in Josephine County who examined constructive on Dec. Three and died on Jan. 5 at Asante Three Rivers Medical Heart. Presence of underlying circumstances is being confirmed.
  • An 81-year-old man in Josephine County who examined constructive on Dec. 15 and died on Dec. 26 at his residence. He had underlying circumstances.

The statewide demise toll is 1,568, as of Thursday. 

On Thursday, OHA recorded 5,249 doses of vaccine administered — together with 995 second doses — elevating the state’s complete variety of doses administered to 66,920. This determine relies on preliminary experiences of three,429 doses administered yesterday, in addition to 1,820 doses administered on prior days that had not been recorded.
