WASHINGTON — Two out of Texas’ high three Republican officers will meet with President Joe Biden throughout his Friday journey to Houston following the state’s winter storm and energy outages final week.
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott and Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, plan to hitch Biden and first girl Jill Biden as they survey storm and energy grid injury, go to an emergency operations heart and meals financial institution and cease NRG Stadium, a mass vaccination website.
The state’s different senator, Ted Cruz, will not be becoming a member of them.
Cruz as a substitute spoke Friday on the Conservative Political Motion Convention (CPAC) in Orlando, Fla., shortly earlier than Biden departed to Texas.
