Chef José Andrés Provides 120 Pizzas to Legislation Enforcement After Riots

Chef José Andrés is utilizing his culinary abilities to provide again. 

After a mob of President Donald Trump‘s supporters stormed the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, the World Central Kitchen founder delivered pizzas to the Nationwide Guard and law enforcement officials in Washington D.C. 

“Hello all people…what can I say…immediately was a tragic day for America,” he tweeted. “I am right here in Bethesda, choosing up 120 pizzas to convey to downtown DC to the heroic ladies & males maintaining our metropolis protected tonight. I am assembly my @WCKitchen crew which can also be bringing our kitchen truck to assist…”

Andrés admitted he did not know what to do. So, he and his crew simply began cooking. “I do know it is a variety of controversies and all the things, however we feed folks,” he stated in a video shared on social media. “We feed anyone and all people, and we activate when there may be want. And immediately, police is sustaining my stunning Washington D.C. protected.”
